Shipping & Guarantee

Quick overview: We ship all corals via FedEx Priority Overnight. Every piece is covered by our 3-Day Live Coral Guarantee with replacements only. Free shipping kicks in at $299+. No refunds. Full details below:

1) Shipping
  • Carrier: FedEx Priority Overnight, live arrival focused.
  • Handling time: Usually ships within 1–2 business days (weather/volume dependent).
  • Scheduling: Please email contact@coralbakery.com to coordinate ship-out. Orders not scheduled within 14 days convert to store credit (no expiration).
  • Free shipping: Coral orders $299+ ship free.
  • Addresses: No PO/APO/FPO. Provide a safe address. We’re not responsible for theft or FedEx errors, but we’ll help you file a claim.
  • Weather safety: We reserve the right to hold shipments if conditions risk coral health.
2) 3-Day Live Coral Guarantee

Every coral is covered for 3 days. If it arrives DOA or dies within 72 hours, we’ll replace it with a coral of equal value. No refunds.

  • Requirements: Maintain stable reef conditions. Losses due to parameter swings or neglect aren’t covered.
  • Proof: Clear photos/videos required. For DOA, provide a sealed-bag photo within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Shipping: Replacements ship with your next order. We don’t ship replacements alone.
  • Exclusions: Color shifts, growth rate, or post-acclimation issues are not covered.
  • Out of stock: If the same coral isn’t available, you can choose another of equal value.
3) Customer responsibilities
  • Be home on delivery day. Open and acclimate promptly.
  • Delays in opening/acclimating may void the guarantee.
  • If tracking shows delivered but the box wasn’t opened in time, responsibility falls on the buyer.
4) Shipping delays & carriers
  • No replacements/refunds for weather or carrier delays outside our control.
  • We’ll assist with FedEx claims, but results are not guaranteed.
5) Cancellations & refunds
  • No refunds once an order has shipped.
  • WYSIWYG cancellations before shipping may incur a 20% restock fee.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6) Photos & lineage
  • Photos are taken under reef lighting; actual colors may vary in your tank.
  • Lineage is guaranteed only if explicitly listed on the product page.
7) Disputes
  • If anything’s wrong, contact us first at contact@coralbakery.com. We’ll work with you to resolve it.
  • Initiating chargebacks without contacting us violates this policy.
